Meet Dusty!

Dustin Cole is a woodworker and artist from Bradenton, Florida. A native of the state, he was born and raised in Bradenton Beach. Growing up, his life was centered around the water, boating, and fishing. He began his first career as a charter fisherman.

Art has always been a passion of Dustin's. He started with graphic design and painting, then moved on to carving and sculpting wood. The tropical island environment of his hometown has been the greatest inspiration and influence on his artwork.

For the past 15 years, he has been creating wooden marine life sculptures and traveling across Florida to showcase his work at various art shows.

His unique wooden fishing lures, initially crafted for personal use, quickly caught the attention of friends and customers, prompting him to start selling them in 2025.

Currently, he continues to travel the state for art shows in the fall and winter and also accepts commissions for sculptures. You can also find him at the Sarasota Farmers Market every Saturday, selling his wooden fishing lures, as well as at other local markets and fishing events.
